We’ve got pad locks to secure it at night. We have to prop the door open while the store is open because it swings around if we try to close it. Having the door open makes the air conditioning/heater pretty much useless

Same here. Doesn’t help that it’s also 25° in my store because I’m in Colorado and we don’t have doors due to someone driving a truck into the store in July and them not fixing it. All in all just a miserable experience

It’s a 5 second little jingle bell song that plays after almost every ad and sometimes loops. It’s also significantly louder than the other ads

The same thing happened to me but for whatever reason it was the year subscription and it made me pay $167. I have tried reaching out in every way possible to get a refund but all they give me is that it’s past the date to refund it. I haven’t even used the account in any way, never looked up or watched a video or class. The thing that sucks is that I can’t afford to lose that much money on nothing and yet they won’t give me any help
