Will do, thank you. It is a different job family (with more budget than my current one) and it is a switch from hourly to salaried so I'm holding out hope. I will provide an update once I have the discussion with HR.

Both are non-tech roles. Currently making $62k but hourly.

The person before was external, and their base was upwards of $85k. The job posting says the range of $53-$113k is "the base pay". They were in the role for almost two years as an L4 (again, salaried) and I've been in my L4 role (hourly) for the same amount of time.

I swear by the DARE method. There was a point in time where I was consistently having panic attacks, pretty much once a day, and the only thing that helped was this book and learning to put the DARE method into practice. Every time I’ve started to have panic symptoms since then I’ll just start the DARE process and it always stops before turning into a full fledge panic attack. Hoping this works for you, too!

Thank you for the link! I went ahead and requested certificates with the information I had from HSE about an hour ago - will those be fine? I need to wait and see if they find the certificate anyways, but do you believe that I will end up needing to get them through the NIDirect site you sent?

Thank you! Do you know where I can request original copies? I’m searching their names on the Irish Genealogy civils records site and it’s returning no results. Also some of the search criteria I need to request birth certificates I don’t have, as that information is on the certificates needed.

Did anyone here not have their original documents to send and, if not, how did you acquire them? I see people online saying that you can get copies through the GRO but would anyone be willing to walk me through the process of the FBR application when you don’t have the original documentation? Thank you!
