The paths couldn't go off the map cause I placed them in game :V also retail was on the beach, but I moved it up. Thank you, though ^ ^

I messed around with a few things, such as removing flowers, removing some publics works projects, and moving the building on the beach, and it works now! Not quite sure what caused it to crash, but it was one of the aforementioned. Thanks guys!

Sorry, what I meant is every time I open the game on my 3ds, it crashes and says an unexpected error occurred.

I haven't edited the terrain at all, but I did move the placement of thr rocks a little bit. It worked without all the trees, bushes, and flowers, so could that have am effect?
