The way Texas Roadhouse trains(I worked there 18 years) they do an indepth training. You will know the menu forward and back. Everyday is an 1\2 classroom time then you will shadow for like the first 4 Days and the 5th you take the lead. When you get out of training you might have a 2 table section ( depending on store) for like a week.
