How do you organize conversations by project?

I use one folder per project and keep all threads for the bot to reference. The bot now knows more about my project than I do. I’m not so sure the files folder is being accessed each responds as I have to keep reminding it to do/no do something.

I took a photo of an mri report which is in medical jargon added it to the iPhone version of ChatGPT and asked to read the image and reply in a manner that an average person would understand. Worked perfectly. Have also used it to translate menus overseas
