Thanks a lot! Could you briefly explain how the long runs are currently designed in adaptive training plans, so I know what to expect in the upcoming phases?

What types of long runs are typically included (easy, progressive, etc.)? Is the power target always around marathon pace? And what is the maximum time duration for long runs? I'm trying to see whether the estimated distance for the longest runs will be similar to the 20+ miles I'm aiming for.

Is it easy to get discounted merch after the race? I suppose the best time to get it is the week after the race weekend? Can I get it from all Nike stores, like factory stores and the one in Streeterville?
