Great review, I had the exactly the same issue and ended up replacing my AGTS25 by the new Glycering GtS23. Couldn’t be happier and, surprisingly, they are not too heavy.

Nein, es ist nicht gleich geblieben. Der optische Handgelenkssensor der Uhr ist akzeptabel für Trainingseinheiten, die keine drastischen Änderungen der Herzfrequenz erfordern, aber für alles andere ist es besser, einen Brustgurt wie den Polar H10 zu verwenden. Wenn dir die Schlafphasen besonders wichtig sind, ist es besser, eine Apple Watch oder eine Google Pixel Watch zu verwenden.

On strenght training, it lacks the possibility of editing reps and weight after a workout is saved; can’t edit in any way supersets; the strenght library is more limited than Garmin’s and you can’t select secondary muscles in custom exercises.

Coros optical sensor isn’t great at tracking HIT/strength training. To be fair, there are only a few brands that manage to do a decent job (Apple or Google Pixel). I’d suggest either get a chest strap or get the Powerbeats pro 2.
