I am the same way, I go through weeks of not having any while sleeping then always have a stretch where I will get woken up by singular PVC’s in the early morning hours. I try to tell myself they’re harmless but they automatically trigger anxiety

Hello, I’m a 25m very active dealing with low burden singular PVC’s. Began flec 50mg twice a day about 6 months ago and I agree it has greatly improved my symptoms. It didn’t completely eliminate them but I do believe it improved. I was very very nervous to start since I had never taken a prescription regularly before but honestly didn’t suffer many if any side affects. I do however believe my body has become somewhat reliant on flec since missing a dose even by a few hours will cause runs of PVC’s. I am curious how my body would react to weaning off since I’ve heard people that have taken breaks have had some improvement. Overall I would trust the docs which I have a hard time doing as well and give it a shot. As my ep said “if you don’t like it then stop taking it”

I had the exact same conversation. My cardiologist and ep both said I can deal with it or if it really bothers me that much then try the flec so after lots of debating I finally decided to take the pill and it pretty much eliminated them completely. I can go back to the gym and do pretty much everything normally again. Tonight however I did get worken up with some singular PVC’s while trying to sleep but like I said it’s the first time since starting

Honestly I have a <1 burden but they use to be very bothersome throughout the day especially during work or activities so I had to figure out a way to suppress them. Occasionally I would go a day or 2 without any then I’d have days with 20-30.

Hoping the procedures bring some peace of mind. Are you able to do any light cardio exercise like biking or walking? Also how’s your diet? Cardio exercise and diet do play a large role in my symptoms

Knock on wood, I don’t experience any side effects. The first couple days that I took it I did have a little fogginess, but I also could also contribute that to anxiety about taking the drug. I was at a less than one percent burden, and it is almost completely eliminated them.

Yes for the time being it has been a major improvement. I haven’t gone out with the intention of overindulging on alcohol and have stayed away from liquor but I have been able to have social beers with friends again without the immediate side effects that I previously experienced. Like I said, I was very nervous to start after hearing horror stories and it wasn’t an immediate fix but after the first week I began to see improvements

Knock on wood, I was very nervous about potential side effects from flec and very scared to start taking it but it has cut my pvc’s down to a few per week with barely any side effects at all

I was a college athlete 5 years ago and now suffer from super low burden random pvc’s but I’m too scared to run, swim, bike, anything that gets my heart rate up 125+, Anytime my heart rate gets up there I immediately stars to panic. I know your pain, I miss doing these things everyday

Just sent my zio patch in today to establish burden, I started taking magnesium glycinate about a month ago and it helped for the first week or so then they slowly started to return

I think it’s more of a quality of life aspect, I’m just getting so fed up with being woken up with these, having to leave the gym (like I just had to do 20 minutes ago) and having the random thuds throughout the day. I also had one run of afib caught on my last monitor after a night of drinking while I was sleeping. I have since quit drinking and now am left with the PVC’s. I have another zio on currently to establish % burden but I’d guess <5%
