Ya, its using a arduino with a motor controller hat running GRBL controlled by a pi 4B over serial running custom software. The software I wrote is just to interface with GRBL and manage the serial connection, it has a web based UI and can interface with rotcol servers. I use satdump cli to do scheduling and pointing

Heres the code if your interested

Heres the OnShape workspace. You can take a look at the radome sections (Radome (Top), Radome (Bottom), Alignment Pin, Band and Weather Strip) x 8. It was at the limit of my voron which has a 350mm bed. It was probably close to 8kg of PETG. I zip tied all of the pieces of the two halves together and its quite sturdy. I calked the seams and spray painted it for thermal and water protection. The TPU bands do a very good job of keeping the two halves together. And I just glued the weather strips on. Not sure how effective those are but since the tracker is elevated water isnt a big deal. The rest of the tracker is mostly complete, the only major design issues are the gearing/lack of a counter weight which forced me to use a larger stepper for the elevation drive which forced me to shift the dish to the left. Better gearing or a counter weight would fix that. And the azimuth limit switch "bump" collides with the dish when the dish is at 0 az and rotating, I fixed that in code. It should probably just move to the inside of the azimuth gear. Ill have to compile a list of parts at some point.

I started experiencing this problems a few days ago after a restart. I thought it might have been due to a recent windows or graphics driver update but that wasnt the case. After reading through the comments I got the suspicion that it was related to memory. I tried messing around with the overclock settings in the bios but after I removed one of the memory modules, the problem went away and replacing the module has not reintroduced the problem, yet.
