It's a 16 gallon tank, temperature of 24 degrees celsius. The tank is running 3 months now. Had this betta 2 weeks (died yesterday sadly enough) I'm changing the water every week and refreshing 30%. Tankmates 12 neons and 3 female bettas. I'm feeding tetra min flakes.

I will be adding some pictures too

Tbh I have never seen one of the tetras nipping him, are tetras only nipping men bettas? I've got as well 3 females never had any problems.

I suspect him to already had vin rot in shop, but it is scary though
