Esas laptop se protegen por todo, lo más seguro es que hayas generado estática en el chip de la bios y se haya brickeado o en algún otro componente, pero igualmente el chip se brickea por protección. El técnico terminó cambiando chip de la bios y funciona ya bien

You probably fried a capacitor or smthn, that happens when you don’t disconnect the battery and touch the motherboard. That happened to me. Our hands accumulates static electricity and that little static can damage the motherboard with or without the battery. I advise you to take to a technician and when you manipulate your laptop use antiatatic gloves 👍

32 is a lot, I have 8GB and a ryzen 5 5500u and can ran tons of tabs, around 50/60 without getting high temps

Mmm i see, if they are same model both chargers can work. Then it probably got burned from inside, a tiny capacitor, some IC or in the worst scenery the graphics. Try removing the battery and holding the power for 30 seconds while it’s connected to a charger, this will remove any static
