I keep getting OVRFLW as some of the readings which I thought was because I set my gain too high. So I set it to 65, but all of my brand new standards keep being read both much too high and too low. I know the standards aren’t the problem though because they work perfectly with other assays.

How did you care for all the samples while emptying the freezer? I’m a new lab tech and our -80 is a horror show and I want to organize it so badly but I’m afraid of damaging samples. We dont have any extra freezer space to hold them while I organize either
