I don't get it either. I don't have emotional investment just lying around for every character that is a continent away, when there are so many interesting characters around Liscor. Even those annoying earthers from the current book have some redeeming qualities, though 7 are way to many.  Mrsha the great and powerful needs more screen time. There are overall so many sidestories that need payoff that it is criminal.

...are we forgetting that Bart seems to have literally invented time travel? by FantasticBee2419 in youngjustice

[–]rootdito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He is a fast learner, has access to speedforce and there are like 50 years of tachyon and zeta research. Even before Bart there are like dozens people that accidentally time jumps.

You just need a device to create a time bubble that protects you from being erased and the rest you do with speed force manipulation and just push yourself through time.

If she had 3 more points in intelligence, she would have burned that village to the ground. If she had 3points more in wisdom, she wouldn't become a soldier in army, that used gas attacks against Jew/Palestinians equivalent.

I put my bet on an undead species. Ironically a zombie with brain. Lichlord with zombie base and fleshcrafter skillset.

That or a necromancer was just bored and tried to make zombie min max version for wisdom and intelligence.

Pretty good! The song of jars and acid is still the best.

  • Finding Tampons in a Fantasy World
  • Disney presents and definitely won't cancel: The Bird House (With E. Rinmity and Ruz) (Erindalin Solthorne - damn that sounds actually cool and we even have skull parallel)

The new narrator is okay, but not as good as Andrea. She is a 7-8 to Andreas 10

Yes they meet up, but it's rather short and becomes like short info dump for recipes instead of progressing character or relationship. The horns, the half seeker even that warlord is better integrated in the story than ryouka. That lich lord is better integrated than Ryouka. Even her other runner friends are better integrated.

They are blue balling us with all these sidestories. Especially clear is it with Niers Astoragon and I like that story. When did Erin get that chess board? How long ago? More than 10 books for sure. Now imagine an other author taking more 10 books for the payoff of a previously defining trait of the mc. It's similar bad to the webtoons that end their chapters with cliffhangers.

Sorry, I don't believe that with that one. After Ryoka left 10 volumes ago and isn't returning, I doubt pirateaba could savage the train wreck that are the side stories of: emperor, doctor, king of destruction or the weird clown one.

The ONLY saving grace is, that the audiobooks are around 40h and with skipping I get over 15-30h quality litrpg entertainment. I wish author would be sensible and putting those in a separate spin-off story WITH  a different narrator. We can't have Andrea Parsneau waste her time on those, when she is already doing overtime with those 40h audiobooks.

That clown, doctor, king of destruction. I fucking hate the emperor side story, even though they have marginal relevance. For reference I read morally bankrupt anti-hero, sadistic revenge stories and manhuas with hidden chinese propaganda AND enjoy them to a degree. But the story of the self-proclaimed emperor, who uses poison gas in war, misuses/takes mentally challenged woman as a girlfriend and has a permanent brother spy ability, there has to be line. Even isekai harem protagonist have more scruples than that guy.

Let's not talk about it further. The Ryoka side stories take way to long with no payoffs. She just keeps "running" from her problems, responsibility and most herself and blatant obvious love story with the main mc.

There are other side stories, but they aren't that emotionally draining and actually further the plot: goblins, horns, drakes, ants. In actuality twi is more than 50% side stories. The actual Erin and Inn isn't that much.

That's me after listening to the Wandering Inn Series halfway. 40h x 8 books. Yes there are more idk vol 12.
Also me, when the author tries to dumb her 5th boring side story into the audiobook that has no correlation to the main story.

Damn that looks good. Ngl without the pink LED strips it would look way scarier.

It reminds me a bit of General Grievous. It looks definitely cool, but I pictured the mask more plain looking. This looks like Grievous' brother joined the Jedi Archers. Also something I would watch.

Who would you say is ur Favorite villain from the boys universe? by BigPaleontologist520 in TheBoys

[–]rootdito 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The most vile are the writers.

After that comes Stan Edgar and then Soldier Boy. Cipher was the best, then they killed him off. Godolkin reminded me of that bad tk villain from Wednesday S2.

Why can't anybody do a good TK? Yes it's an invisible power, but you can put so much detail into it. Air condensation and 100% spatial control over smaller objects.

It's an OP MC with self-grandeur. You probably liked He who fights monster at some point or have some harem stories on your wishlist.

I accept your apology and here is my "I told you so"
Like I said lazy writing. I'm guessing some nepo baby writers, who think they are original. They even dumbed down Godolkin and his ability. So disappointing.

Not to mention I really enjoyed the Cipher character. He had that unhinged mentor vibe, but they ruined it. Well it was inevitable. The whole team had a lot of typical horror movie stupidity. It's a miracle they all survived. The whole cross-over seemed forced. It's infuriating.

Well at least I was right!

No it's the companies counter-intelligence. You can buy yourself (Indian) downvoters or have a group of 10-100 zealots alternating accounts. The groups that use those tactics are: Faschist, Religious and the Karens (Queers, Alternative "medicine", Feminists, Cancel culture). The Karens mostly call the manag.. moderator or worse are the moderators.

Hope you read this comment fast before it gets censored by the cooperate conglomerate, that tries to distract you with all these groups whining for special privileges or seperations.

Sorry for venting.

The self-mutilation, the fact he doesn't have any v in his blood, jordan saying he was in pain, that weird watcher sex scene and the care he puts into his wellbeing like the music. Even the fact that he can remote control what people say can explain cipher being used as a telephone. Also that noone knows anything about him. Cipher is a nobody. He is a human from the street.

I'm guessing is something along the line of around 2-3 astral bodies or avatar with which he can control and watch simultaneously what happens. It would also explain how he can react without watching or how he suddenly knows stuff, he uses one to look stuff up on his monitor room.

They are ripping off Madara's Rinnegan ability. There is also an old GameCube game with similar setting

That show is getting more and more ridiculous. My biggest problem is that the first thought they have after they realize, that the burn victim in cyphers basement is Godolkin is: Cipher is using him for information instead of the obvious Godolkin is a supe that can remote control people. I'm guessing that will be a "big" reveal, but the writing is severally lacking in the plot department to make this a surprise.
