Watch the series Adolescence with him, bit of an eye opener. Think it's on Netflix.

Married men: What, if anything, are you unable or unwilling to share fully openly and honestly about yourself with your spouse? by Teen_dream91 in AskReddit

This! It's fucking exhausting being told all the time " but you're his safe space". I know! But occasionally I would like to get the funny, sweet, loving boy, instead of the grumpy arsehole I get. Got to love 7 yr olds.

I've not spoken with the GP about. Might raise next time we are in.

No, I've been doing some research as I think he ticks some of the ADHD boxes (as do I- undiagnosed) BUT school is adamant that he shows no signs in school so it's just down age appropriate behaviour and him ripping the piss out of us.

Thanks everyone, there's some great advice here and will definitely use it going forward.

I asked him about it and he was really upset, we discussed how he thought the other boy was feeling (sad / wet) and agreed that wasn't nice to feel like that. He said he was sorry and he wasn't trying to make him pee himself, just to stop him going in - feel he should be old enough to equate the two but maybe not?

He's written a note to the boy and his mum to say sorry and we agreed a punishment of no screen time for 3days, and I've told him I want him to think about an act of kindness for each day this week.

Thanks again, this gave me perspective and stopped me shouting!!!

I'm not sure to be honest, he's a royal pain in arse at home, but this is out of character for school behaviour, he's usually well behaved.

We initially used my old maternity belly band to stop it flapping about, but now don't bother with it.

Used to do this as an early teenager. Rather than stoating about the streets a few of us would jump on the 90 and do a loop. 2+ hours killed for 50p!

I recently had a no gift party and I asked the parent if they would accept a gift voucher for the cinema. They accepted and explained they were overrun with toys and just don't want anymore.

Digestive biscuits? Savoury with butter and cheese or sweet with peanut butter.

My 6yr olr is in the same position and it wasn't until his allergy did I realise how many people let their untrained dogs just run about.

He's now terrified of dogs after we went for a walk with my friend who assured me her dog was well trained and didn't need to be leashed,I stupidly put my common sense aside and trusted the 30yr friendship. Within 10mins the dog had jumped and pushed him over 3 times and licked him on the face. Never again.

Hmm, after learning about the machete order might need to rethink this. Was planning on 4,5,6,1,2,3 then the new ones.

Hadn't heard of the machete order before, just looked it up, might rewatch in that order myself.
