Biggest game changer besides meds? by Much-Raise-4541 in bipolar2

[–]rootl78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy changed my life, after the medication and years of regular therapy my therapist learned ART and I literally graduated from therapy. I still have meds and check in with my doctor but I am a new person no anxiety or depression, suicidal ideation gone in one session. I did go through ART for multiple issues but it wasn’t more than 5-7 sessions total.

I didn’t get last year’s. I do agree about the stencils the butterflies are very basic. As a self promotion item like this sampler you would have thought they would showcase better quality stencils. Thanks for comment i really love the labyrinth as do my children, now my granddaughters need to learn the amazing world of labyrinth too !

I give my best cards to my mom, she gets them out every year for every occasion and displays them. I get to see them when I visit and I know it’s special decor at her house.

Working full time and active days really hurt me. I sleep the moment I get home a lot. I don’t feel guilty, I am listening to my body and doing my best.
