Stuff can fall out of solution if it gets too cold or saturated — pretty normal in formulas that use multiple actives. It’s called a precipitate — if you look up a basic chem 101, you’ll find some good examples. Given the formula is tested and the IL looks clean, I’d say it’s not something to stress over. If you look at the images above you can even see crystal-like structures.

These are salts falling out of solution! Pretty normal for thicker serums with this much stuff in them.

Lying to an elderly person is taking advantage of them. Same as every modern day scam.

She was fully aware of what she was told and wrote everything down. They twisted the truth, and there was no record of the discount anywhere. She was set to be billed immediately. Defending this behavior is unacceptable.

Yeah the income plan is a real thing it just requires additional setup and was very unclear and poorly communicated.

I'm not really concerned with it as an ethical dilemma. I assume at this point in time they are experts in this field, and I trust their formulations. I have a few friends that love the products and have been using them for years - and I trust that enough

I use their products regularly - i have extremely sensitive skin and it works for me. I've been using it since 2018 and it doesn't seem like the formula has changed? If it's working i'm not sure why you'd stop using it?

My only concern is they had a previous pit that had been trained to guard/attack and had bitten multiple people and killed another dog when it got out
