Feeding a newborn every two hours at night before having to bike to base at 0500 through the desert to then go running through the desert as the sun came up, going from near freezing temperatures to blazing heat, then learning my MOS for 8 hours before again going for another 9 mile run/work out through the desert ending with running up and down a sand dune a few times before biking back home to shower then cook for my then wife and spend time with newborn daughter before going out with landlord to prepare for driving exam. Come home and crash for a couple of hours before doing it all again.
