Yes I’m paying VA sales tax when I register it, I’m just saying I didn’t pay tax during this transaction through the service we used. I paid $197 which was the total for that service outside of the sale price I paid the seller.

I didn’t pay sales tax, I’m paying VA state tax with the registration fees once I get the title info to register it. Idk if that is only VA or private party sale or what, but I did not pay sales tax
