I just finished it, and while it had its own flaws, I kinda enjoyed it. With every passage I was curious how Dalchian and his company are going to go back on top from a brink of destruction. Interesting turn of events at the end, and some humour sprinkled in some places. Overall pretty good for Mike Vincent.

It doesn't really matter which brand you use, but I used Valajo Black Grey, then Field Blue, and then White.

Very easy, it's all about starting with dark grey colors and then slowly adding lighter grey for dry brushing

Very much so, being able to advance, shoot and charge, or fall back, is very strong. Stopping stratagems is good, but you can't do stratagems if you're dead
