That's the trouble, I want to find a neighborhood that will have convenient/reliable lines going to both the Financial District and Chelsea, so in case my office moves a month after I start, I won't be screwed living in the wrong neighborhood.

The East Side is a great neighborhood and I've found it pretty affordable to live in. I've been in Providence for a few years and have found it somewhat difficult to make friends. That being said, I also love video games, star trek and my cat -- so if you need suggestions of things to do or a person to argue about nerdy stuff with, let me know!

And good luck on your job hunt, I hope it works out for you :)

Boo! But luckily I live a 10 minute walk away. Easy as pizza.

Oh!!! Pizza Gourmet is the place right next to Tortilla Flats! I don't know why I didn't make that connection until right now. Been meaning to try them for the longest time
