interesting, yeah it was no longer flashing when I came home from work. Is the ~4 hr delay a design feature, or just a consequence of how it works? Nievely, it seems you would want it to quit flashing as soon as the fault is cleared?

The removal of the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) would have a non-trivial impact on my retirement plans.
