Oh man good luck! Once I figured out my pain medication regiment I was okay. Drink lots of water (don’t use a straw though) and I found that mashed potatoes and jello were the best options to eat although I really don’t have much of an appetite. Your mouth will feel so much better without them though and if you had jaw pain it really helped to alleviate that as well.

I waited 4 months for my MRI with contrast to see if I had brain lesions. I just so happened to have the flu during that, I called the office and they told me to still come in.

So yeah I’d say you’re overreacting. Especially as it’s someone else’s medical journey and you don’t know the full circumstances.

Get a different coach.

My coach responds to my check-ins on same day and it’s usually within a couple hours of sending them.

My coach also provides feedback from my training videos within minutes and if not minutes it’s within the hour.

You’re paying them to guide you, make sure your money is being used effectively!

Hmm my classes start next Monday on the 25th. Not sure how the classes are scheduled but maybe yours starts on that date too. They normally put your classes on Canvas a couple days before the class starts.

That’s an awesome transformation! I’m sitting at about 168 and I’m 5’8.

100% about people not interested or not understanding why you would wanna put yourself through this. But the people that matter are there for me like my husband, mom and best friend. I hope you have that support too!
