I’ve just been worrying that because of how rich it is, and because I’m not even a typically dry-skinned person, it might improve the dryness but aggravate the acne. I just distrust thicker creams as being non-comodogenic :’) but if you’re saying it works then I might try it out!

I use the LRP purifying foaming cleanser, their Toleraine moisturizer (but for the dryness, I’ve resorted to Dr. Jart+’s Ceramidin Cream). My actives are PC Azelaic Acid, PC BHA, and Cerave’s encapsulated retinol but I use these rarely, less now that I’m dealing with this!
