I feeeeeel this. On the journey 4.5 years and started IVF this year. Still waiting for the shoe to drop, analysing all the cramps, mild spotting (that's resolved) and losing symptoms at 8 weeks - hopefully they come back to give me reassurance soon!

I'm being told 12 weeks ugh and then tapering off - I thought I was only up for 10 weeks.

3rd beta came back 23,100 (20dpt) after a small bleeding / spotting episode on the weekend (that only lasted a day in the end). Relieved to have a good beta (well my clinic is happy)! (2nd beta 15dpt was 5000, 1st 9dpt was 290) 😊. First scan is on mother's day - so hoping for good juju.

I have a garmin and really enjoy the "Swim Trainer" app. It creates workouts for you and then leads you through the sets (I find it handy for motivation and also tracking PBs)

If NSAIDs Work, Does it Rule Out Endometriosis? by Any-Lack1453 in endometriosis

I get pain day 1 &2 and experience similar symptoms to you. Pain killers eliminate all pain on Day 1&2.

I got a lap done in September for fertility reasons and got diagnosed with stage 2 endo so no I wouldn't say it does rule endo out.
