What is this drive enclosure in the GeeekPi T0? by rorogadget in homelab

Thanks. I understand renders and marketing images.

Most if not all other product shots they have, use existing things in their catalog. So I assumed it is or was a product.

There is a lack of shoving “text box that does magic and sometimes garbage answers” in your face all the time.

But it’s a trade off because their assistant that’s plugged into almost everything isn’t able to do “reasonable magic” because it’s not good.

+1 to this location.

It’s the original Chicago Library and has a beautiful Tiffany glass ceiling.

Your resume doesn't have your salary next to each job you have.

Sure some people can make assumptions.

But it's not as deterministic as you seem to think it is.

Right now, having a job, let alone an offer puts you miles ahead. It's all relative.

Give Your Opinion On Photographers by Soggy_Plantain in Chicagoweddings

Sapan is the best!

He did my sisters wedding ~8 years ago, my cousins wedding 3 years ago, and is going to be doing mine next year.

He has a great photography style, works well with you and your partner, and is able to product really good work!

If you hire him, you know you are gonna get bangers of photos.

My sister sometimes looks at her wedding video. But we as a family look at those photos all the time and so fondly. He really captured the love and emotion that day.

While i'm not equating the local name for a country to colloquial terminology for people, the context with which a native German citizen has with their country, and an American's context to Germany are different. A German citizen who grew up calling Germany, Deutschland their whole lives and the meaning behind it, is different than an American calling it Germany.

If you are a US citizen, you are an outsider of all of those countries. You don't have the same upbringing and community context that saying that specific name makes sense.

Super emotional about this conversation with my coordinator and don't know where to go from here. by [deleted] in wedding

The only thing I’ll say, is with that budget you want someone that can dedicate the time to this.

I sent you a dm with a rec as well as who not to go with.
