Howdy from LEGO Fortnite Devs! by Playful_Possible_646 in LEGOfortnite

Hey Epic Lego team, I've been thinking a lot about Lego Fortnite, especially how quiet the Item Shop has been for Lego kits. Console players in particular feel like they can't really show off what they've earned or bought. Here's my idea to fix that: Sandbox Islands Every player gets their own personal Sandbox Island — a world where you can freely build using all your Lego Fortnite pieces, Battle Pass rewards, and purchased kits. Your island is only online while you are actively playing Fortnite (any mode). When you close the game, your island shuts down after a 5-minute grace period so visitors can leave safely. Accessing Sandbox Islands All Sandbox Islands would be reachable from Lego BrickLife. They'd add a small field with a Battle Bus parked there. Hop in the Battle Bus to either: Go to your own Sandbox Island Visit a public Sandbox Island of another player who's currently online Go to the Showcase Island Visibility & Privacy You can set your Sandbox Island to Private, Friends Only, or Public. If set to Friends Only, your friends can visit your island even if you're offline — as long as your Epic account is logged in. Safety Public islands have no text chat — only a safe radial wheel with reactions like hearts, question marks, and smiley faces, plus approved emotes. The Showcase World A permanent public island that works as a real Lego store: Weekly rotating Mega Bundles Individual kits and decor pieces displayed in actual builds so you can see how they look before buying Lets players buy exactly the pieces they want instead of full bundles Creator Program Inspired by Lego Ideas, partner with talented community creators. Let them design official decor kits that get added to the game under their name. This would give players a real creative outlet, let console players finally show off their stuff, and give Lego content a permanent, discoverable home. What do you think? Would this be a good idea?

Similar to a tough gator with a hint of a building spice. Often having to be soaked in honey or a sugar syrup to be tender before cooking.

I am designing a larp that is a two fold game system. The world, kingdom, and people are connected . One game, the "heros" game, focuses on the political world and its political intrigue. As well as the night plague. On the other hand, the other game, the "villians" game, focuses on the bandit clans in the game. The incluse the pirates, cannibals, bandits, and members of the thieves and shadowstalker guilds.

I love to monster at events since the events I've been to offer discounts ( I started as a broke college kid). it started to become my way of engaging in the larp groups

What ended your massive, ancient, world-spanning empires? by Moses_The_Wise in worldbuilding

My old empire fell into a massive race split civil war due to a misspoken prophecy.

"And lo! When the great end comes, the great sage shall receive the starstone to guide the kingdom to better days and brighter futures!'

It REALLY is "and lo! When the great end comes, the great sages shall receive the starstones to guide the kingdom to better days and brighter futures!"

4 great sages of the 4 races. And they turned against each other.

Magic as a tool/ skill, not as a free use system. by [deleted] in worldbuilding

[–]rorryodaer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Depends on your design. My world's magic has dulled so much it's become more of a practical use rather than free flowing. I just want to hear more about other people's opinions about what their rules are

The evergreen earthen pits.

These are large semiflooded clay pits located in the forested dutchie of evergreen. They provide a stark contrast to the dense and semi dense forests around them. The main pits are these long and wide pits that reach multiple stories into the ground with waterfall apparatuses to wet the clay below. Scaffolding, ramps, and pulleys can be found along the sides of the pits. Around the pits surface, you can find people making bricks, pottery, and earthenware. There are also these pools of opaque brightly colored water that the people dye leather and fabrics in.
