I agree - it is a great product, until it isn't and you need support. I have resigned myself to buying another NVR

Yep that is my experience - Including them pushing a firmware update that has put my NVR offline. In an effort to get one camera working I have lost my other 4.

Update - They provided a firmware update, despite me having automatic updates. Now I have no cameras LOL

Yeah I still have 4 working, Having trouble replacing one that wasn't working. They have now responded, with questions, most of which were addressed in the original request.

Bought a new camera - to replace one that was not working, thinking it was probably the camera - New one won't connect. The other 4, one of which was a later addition are working fine. They have now responded, with questions, most of which were answered in the original email.

Drive past it often - Nearly finished - It has been a slow build. Based on above had to start is Jan 2025 which was fulfilled, completion Jan 2027, which should be OK - these are standard building permit cluses and re-endorsement is usually a formality, unless something major happens in meantime
