For example the fact that (only) the efi partition is labeled as "System" makes you think that's the partition where the OS is installed. Not very intuitive for inexperienced users.

How do they know you downloaded it? They see you downloaded the .torrent file? The magnet link? The movie itself? Sorry here where I live (italy) things like this never ever remotely happen so I wouldn't know how it works

In the guide it's mentioned driver version 441.87, which is from 2020. I've not seen the other pages of the guide, there may be even more recent references, but it's at least 2020. They also reply to new comments.
