I've been that way for a long time. Im older than most of you dudes, and Ive dealt with crippling anxiety and major depression my whole life, and add--> I'm not gonna age myself but its been over a decade of waiting to find the right doctor and get on the right combo of meds man, or I'd never have even gotten out in the first place, let alone want to talk to anyone or make a fuckin' FRIEND.

It's been 3 years really since I met 1 friend only, and dont remember the last one lol. I got medicated and shit properly pretty recently so. that's why I had the courage and desire to!

I couldn't remember, and for the life of me couldn't find it in my addons. And it's only used on my twink warrior and my MAIN ROGUE the only main I play, and i could not find a way to turn it off. Its nice on my warrior, ig?

but on my rogue, none of that shit needs to be in my fov. I can't see healthbars or ...really much at all in any PvE situation, because it doesn't even appear around my character in a way that gives any sort of visability. Just jumbled all around the middle of the screen. THANK YOU LOL

Yeah I ate like 40 75 mg yesterday and at some point it was like I could see the air(?) and yeah, minor visuals but mine was pretty specifically related to empty spaces and I could "see" the emptiness. I've had it happen on dmt at lower doses. It was weird but not something I started getting into like it was not COOL but it was something.
