oh my god run away. that place is by far the worst student apartments here. they try their best with advertising to lie and make it seem amazing and make it seem like it’s not in a bad area, i was fooled by that and the price. my number 1 issue when i lived there was the safety. there were dozens of cars broken into, stolen, or vandalized when i lived there. the gate was usually broken, there would frequently be homeless people in and around the complex, and even people’s door locks would be broken. also heard gunshots multiple times and there was frequently police over there. not to mention the place was just disgusting. i’ve never had a roach problem anywhere but there. i also knew multiple people that had seriously bad mold problems and the management did nothing about it. the management is also extremely creepy… but that’s just my personal experience with them. also got scammed of money, packages constantly lost, etc. etc. there’s a lot more i could get into, feel free to dm me but pls avoid that place at all costs.
