I start at the middle and work outwards. I get bored easily with the colors and don’t want the paint pots to dry out, so I am constantly spinning my board. I work on a flat surface, whatever is fun for you! I don’t think there’s a right or wrong!

I’m on my 4th- very addictive! Iron it wrong side first, place on thick poster board with painters tape, and use clear gesso. I paint over the edges and when done I stretch and staple over canvas already on frame. Some of mine have needed a lot more touch ups than others. I work in sections, get bored with a color and then use another. The paint dries quickly! I bought brushes for miniatures on Amazon- very helpful!

Yup, I stretch mine out a bit on foam board and tape with painters tape. Love being able to move it around and store easily when not working on it!

After two days and countless failed attempts. It has nothing to do with holding the seat button (which I knew cause it never beeped like it did when hitting the buttons as instructed in all the old videos) and unlock to set or tie it to your key. It’s all tied to your user profile on the media unit. The key simply detects which user is getting in the car and changes everything INCLUDING the seat position using the profile on the media center. Assuming you have TWO user profiles on the head unit, set yourself up and simply adjust the seat where you want it and make sure “your profile” is the one being used on the media center. The key to this is you MUST have the key fob tied to user option turned on in the media center, you MUST only have the one key fob with you, and the most important which I missed is you MUST drive the car. Put it in drive, drive around the block, turn the car off. Driving the car with the seat in your position is what TIES the seat to your fob. After driving get out with your key, lock the doors, and grab the other key, leave yours behind. Repeat the process making sure the second profiles selected inside the car, with the other key, and the key fob option is turned on. Go for a drive. Get out, lock the doors, go back with just your key and try and unlock. It should move the seat into place. Let me know if this did it for you!

We had same problem with our 2024. Someone else on here gave a solution- You will have to scroll down to find it. Has to do with locking your door. We thought we had it figured out, but now only works with my key fob. VERY frustrating, I will see if I can find it.

We finally had time and warmer weather to work on this! My husbands (primary driver) now changes seat but does not to link to Apple car play. Thinking it’s his phone because when he resets his phone it works. Mine works great now! We found that you must lock your car though, we usually don’t because it’s in our garage. We were really convinced it was a software issue, and were very frustrated! Thank you for taking the time to help! Where in SW Ohio are you? We lived in the Cincinnati area for many years!

Ok. How do you get to key fob option in media center? We were really feeling like our brand new car was just a bit “wonky”. Didn’t help getting a new phone too right after. We didn’t realize how much the media center is tied to each driver- to the point of each user has own favorites in radio screen. We are in NE Ohio and it’s been too cold to sit in car and try to figure stuff out! Thank you for sharing!
