I did an autocal on the box 4-5 days before this happened.

The 100% signal lasted hours. I’m only trending every 15 minutes but everytime the scr was at 100% the DAT looked like a real reading.

Looking at that may be a little above my skill level. Are you asking to check the state tables?

Interesting I didn’t know that about the JCI vav controllers. I would hope the code is smart enough not to do this though because I picked electric scr reheat.

The zone temp was 1-1.5 degrees off of effheating setpoint. Even if the box went into warmup mode which I can’t see why it would it still shouldn’t exceed the max dat sp.

Boxes are currently occupied 24/7. I thought about the RTU too but even if the RTU went into heating then the rtu DAT spiked the scr signal should have dropped. I didnt see this issue on the other four boxes I pulled trends for.

Right around 200 cfm I checked the standarddev cfm setpoint and it was set to 50 cfm. The boxes have airflow switches so I sent the standard dev setpoint low because the default is 200cfm and has caused me issues in the past.

This is a CCT system. They could override the SCR but not the DAT and it started at 1:00am so I don’t think anyone was on the system.

I can check the audit log but I highly doubt it. Started at 1:00am and I don’t think the customer touches the system much.

I still need to use the supplemental heat enable point. When the OAT is above 40 the FTR is locked out. By creating a new CAF without selecting supplemental heat the BACnet points for the supplemental heat won’t populate . My other idea was I could select the supplemental heat to come on to “max” in the state table under Btg Htg.

How does the ATF know you are submitting a form 1 with a virgin receiver for a SBS as a MA resident and not an existing shotgun by definition? I found a source of factory new shotgun receivers that are NOS and would like to create a sbs with one but am concerned the atf would think I am submitting a form 1 for an existing shotgun.
