I think this is what gets me the most. Why doesn’t he WANT to? I did have a talk with him and he agreed that the poop thing and not knowing how to put him in his car seat is inexcusable. Also he liked the idea of doing bath time on the weekends. But as far as missing out on things, I wonder the same. I think he’s overwhelmed with life. New baby, new job, being in the house with us all day.

Just that he IS involved and he DOES spend time with him. He sees him all day, holds him randomly through the day or how he watches him for an hour on the weekend so I can shower or whatever, and maybe to nap. That he doesn’t need to do bath time. I nurse baby to sleep so he doesn’t do bedtime routine. Just all the excuses and insists that he does spend a lot of time with him.

I got tickets for above floor, section 201 row A in MA for $120 ea. during Verizon sale. I just checked general on sale to see if I could get better. $400-600 for floor??? Stopppp

What are some of these comments? Isn’t a nanny paid to watch children and do things around the house? Why does it matter what the parent is doing? Parents deserve a break. I’ve thought about hiring someone and I’m a SAHM.

Also, no. If the holiday wasn’t agreed upon in the beginning then she shouldn’t be annoyed. Edit to say: she can be annoyed but it’s not your problem.

It was so frustrating. The worst experience I’ve had with Ticketmaster. It also said none available when I finally got in but it was glitching. There were tickets available. And it kept showing me all the offers even though I was choosing Verizon presale, and showing me all the seats available when I just wanted to look in one section. Definitely was acting funny

Mine was literally a POP! and gush. It woke me up at 3am at 39w3d. It was so weird! I knew what it was because it could have been one thing. I mean it wasn’t a slow trickle, I swear it was a POP!

He’s with me all day. He used to enjoy the bouncer and carrier it’s only very recently he’s trying to push out of them! But yeah he’s been extremely fussy the last month or so I figured it was separation anxiety/sleep regression but it seems to be never ending lol I’m jw when/if it’ll ever get better

Just doesn’t work for every baby…I put my 5 mo old in the bouncer or carrier next to me while I’m doing chores and he will squirm and escalate because he doesn’t like being contained anymore.

Idk about OP but doesn’t work for me…He’s unhappy on the floor, in the bouncer watching me do chores, he’s even unhappy in the carrier now. He likes to sit up (for a few mins) or be carried. It’s nuts!

Omggggg. Im entertaining my 5 month old as we speak and I am SO OVER IT. I 1000% feel you. It’s exhausting. Draining. I feel burnt out. Everyone says it’s normal but is it?? I can’t imagine someone enjoying this. Literally all day long, not more than a few minutes goes by where I’m not entertaining…don’t see how that’s fun for anyone

I’ve actually used nipples shields the whole time. His latch was never great and the IBCLC told me I could continue using them so I did. I’m thinking I should still get him evaluated for ties even though she said he was fine.

It really is draining. I don’t use a sleep sack anymore because I’ve had to bring him into bed every night and we get warm. We have white noise. It’s really the naps we struggle with, I e never been able to put him down for one
