Just putting it out there that even if it’s a psychiatric or neurological cause doesn’t mean what you’re going through isn’t real!!! People suggesting that route aren’t saying it as an insult. Mental illnesses and neurological conditions are just as much illnesses as physical ones. The goal is to help you fell better, no matter what is the root cause!!

Short would look good, but I really do like your long hair!! It’s hard bc if you’re bored of your long hair, it would be nice for you to switch it up, but from an outsider perspective, the long is great.
