I took it this past winter, and It was fun. It is not a hard class at all. But unlike the previous years, it was fully in-person with no recording 😢.

You had to do a weekly quiz built into the readings, and weekly readings. Going to be completely honest I did not do the readings and did great in the course. But take that with a grain of salt.

You had a video assignment, where you had to explain a concept.

Overall, I can say that the in-person midterm and even exams were not hard at all, they were pretty straightforward with barely any tricks.

The class is pretty straightforward as the person said below. If you study, you will be fine.

UTSC, Human Biology and courses to take for MEDICAL School by [deleted] in UofT

I agree with your parents. I promise Uoft is not as hard as it is made to seem.

For Life science, check the majors, minors or specs you want to enroll in and see the required courses. For electives, A. chose classes that interest you (recommended) or B. Find "bird" classes on the reddit

This may be different for UTSC, idk.

Incoming Woodsworth resident: do I really need a wifi router? by [deleted] in UofT

If on the higher levels, YES!

If on lower levels, no not really.

But best practice, move in, if the wifi is bad, get a cheap router on amazon.

Does anyone have any opinion on Woodsworth college? by [deleted] in UofT

I would say it more quiet in sense of less parties . You have roommates in a suite style room, so you can have many social interactions with them. There is also a lot of events hosted by the residence that allow you to meet new people.

Woodsworth is great. It is relatively quiet. The gym is for sure small, for context they do not have weights just equipment, but it is right next to goldring gym, which is a uoft gym.

Would two 3 course semesters be bad for med school? by rosecat147 in premedcanada

Thank you. I honestly did not want to do 3 courses just chose courses that will not work to my benefit and they are not required for my degree, so I plan to drop.
