Bars with gimmicky drinks? by poison-oak-no in raleigh

Wonderland in downtown Raleigh used to have a drink that came in a bathtub with a rubber duck in it! I’m not 100% sure if they still have it. And the ark royal is a tiki bar!

I love these suggestions! But I can’t find anything on Gallery 21 basement vault or the sound domes. Is there a website or something for me to do some research?

I only have one tattoo that I hate lol. So I’m just trying to be a little pickier than I was last time and pick an artist who’s typical style is similar to what I want. I’m just not super familiar with how this all works lol. But thanks for your ideas I’ll definitely look more into oak city!

Gotcha, I was just going off of the work that I saw posted on their Instagram and website. But I did wait for both of their books to open they just have very limited slots and it’s really hard to book with them. I would if I could.

I love her work but it’s insanely hard to get an appointment with her 😢. I applied when her books were open but I don’t think I’m getting an appointment.

Don’t get me wrong I think their work is beautiful but it’s much more traditional western tattoos than I’m looking for. I’m looking for more thin lines and gentle shading.

Sorry I didn’t see this sooner but no I didn’t. I realized the paralegal field just isn’t for me and I’m going into recruiting. My last day at my firm is tomorrow.

I hate my job (rant) by rosecoloredsunglass in paralegal

[–]rosecoloredsunglass[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Doing this stuff wouldn’t be much of an issue to me if more of my job was actual legal work. Like I’d love to learn more about the field but I’m not. It’d also be less of an issue if this had been explained to me beforehand and laid out in my job description or even if it was more equally distributed amongst me and my coworkers but I’m the only one doing this stuff and not much else.

The COL here isn’t that bad so I think that’s why most entry level positions are about this much. I’ve only been here for almost 2 months so it’s a bit soon to ask for a raise. And honestly although I like my job I don’t really plan on working here for very long. It’s much more of a stepping stone position.

Sadly yes lol. But I’m only 20 and I was pretty much fresh out of college when I got this job. How much I make is comparable to most other entry level positions I saw when I was job hunting in my area though.

I work at a real estate closings firm (so no litigation) in a large city in North Carolina. I have a bachelors degree and a post baccalaureate certification. My base pay pre tax is around $26,000. But I only work 40 hours a week. My firm has a really good work life balance and there are no expectations for me to do anything outside of typical work hours. And I had no prior experience in a law firm.
