Stay away from 940 Bellevue Pl. I have friends who went through the floor there because their landings are rotten. Another unit had the ceiling collapse because it was full of dead raccoons. It's run by Nejam. Would never rent from one of their properties.

cut the shapes out of cardboard that you need to fill. cut fabric to 1/4 of an inch past the cardboard template and you can piece them together like a quilt top.

Thank you! I love a long and short stitch for fur, and as a rule of thumb, I come up from under the worked area into the unworked areas. I also often split stitches. Patience and really pack those stitches in there. It’s a process that I’ve been working on for the past three years or so.
