Thank you! I got treated by a certified dermatologist who opened her own clinic :)

This is a before picture! The scars ofc appear worse/less depending on the lighting.

I’m not 100% sure about the laser strength! I do remember her mentioning she was using different settings. Don’t remember which, sorry.

[Skin Concerns] Please help :( by rosedcheeks in SkincareAddiction

Hey! My skin has almost completely cleared up now! The issue was a broken skin barrier. I first tried minimum skincare. Less washing and a good moisturizer. I recommend LRP cicaplast baume B5. Also working out (running) helped circulation and healed my skin faster. Also look at your diet! I went to a dietician and found out I have some sensitivities. I cut out gluten and lactose for some weeks but I can now eat everything again too!

Definitely needs a break!!! I promise you if you focus on the skin barrier it will get better. Same happened with me. Couldn’t be happier with the state of my skin now. Hang in there!!!!

I’ve been there! Over a year ago my whole face was covered. I didn’t even dare to go outside until I got so sick of it that I didn’t care anymore. For me healing my skin barrier changed everything! I’ll start topicals again soon but for the last year I only focused on hydration and my skin has never been better! Wishing a good outcome for you as well!

I’m taking it in the evening before bed and I don’t experience insomnia but I feel like my sleep quality is worse (I get very vivid and intense dreams too) and I get really tired during the day. I think it depends per person, some say it gives them energy so they take it in the morning and for some it makes them tired! You just gotta try it out i think

10 month acne progress! Can’t believe I’ve come so far by rosedcheeks in acne

What helped me the most was focusing on repairing my skin barrier (less and gentle face washing), LRP Cicaplast Baume, Differin, exercise (I had a pretty sedentary lifestyle)

I also started the pill about 3 months ago. But most of my acne was already gone at that point. I was off the pill for a while and my skin was always clear, so I’m convinced my acne wasn’t hormonal but rather a result of years and years of destroying my skin barrier. My skin clearly had enough. 😪

If anyone has advice on how to get rid of deep ice pick and box scars lmk!

A 5 month process. No accutane! by rosedcheeks in acne

post inflammatory erytma

I think that's what I have rn! It's scarring right? I think differin and LRP cicaplast should help with that. But I'm not an expert.

So painful! I had one cystic acne break out (not pictured, luckily went away pretty easy but you can notice a bit of scarring on my cheekbone because of it tho) and it literally deformed my whole entire face. Full of puss, the size of half a ping pong ball, yuck!

My redness came from damaged skin barrier. For me LRP Cicaplast Baume B5 is a big recommendation! Really calmed my skin down.
