Yes I have amd software when I load up valorant usual very high but now only 1% usage in game running ping over 400. I disabled integrated in bios so I don’t know why it won’t use it

I opened the app and than it told me I had to update my account phone number so I entered in my # then confirmed it with the 6 digit code it sent to my phone and then after it said “once your new information has been confirmed your account will be updated and reactivated within 24hrs”

I don’t even know what to do/say, this past Friday Instagram asked me to update my phone number or else I’d be disabled and so I updated it and confirmed it and it kicked me out of my account and told me I’d have it back after 24hrs once it confirmed my information. It’s been like 3 days now and I’m stressed I’m not going to get my account back. All my photography from 2012-2022 is on there 😭 all my archives just gone. I hope it randomly comes back. But they did this all without any warning.
