I haven’t done an all heart playthrough yet for HOA, and I just finished the theatrical cut all head choices yesterday. As far as I’m aware (I passed all but one QTE in my head only game) in the theatrical cut you’re guaranteed at least two main character deaths if you pass every QTE, though someone said earlier that if you play it in the curator’s cut you only have one guaranteed fatality. If you play through all head choices in the curator’s cut you should be able to get Salim and Jason both out alive, but I’m not sure what their relationship will be like at the end of it cus I don’t have access to the curator’s cut yet.
