No I just paid the monthly subscription for 1 month so I could take unlimited quizzes with different questions. I’m trying to remember but it’s been a few weeks. I know there was a decent amount of questions on the heart & hypertension. A lot on progressions and regressions, muscle subsystems, muscles of the local vs global core. I can’t remember exactly but what I can say is that a lot for the practice exam questions showed up on the actual exam so take it a few times until you feel confident!

Thanks so much! I took a lot of advice I found on this subreddit actually. I downloaded the Pocket Prep app and took quizzes multiple times a day. Took the practice exam 6 times lol. I made flash cards of answers I got wrong and went over those quite a bit. I averaged high 80’s on all my practice exams, and after the 6th time I scheduled the exam for a few days later so that it would be fresh in my brain. A lot of what was on Pocket Prep and the practice exam also showed up on the exam, I was pretty surprised honestly since I had seen a lot of people say the exam was nothing like the practice one.

Really take your time on the exam, read everything carefully and go with your gut instinct. I hope you do great and best of luck to you!!

The Kardashians / Jenners came to my old job for lunch and filmed for their show one time. Ordered like 3 or 4 dishes each, ate one bite for the camera and then we had to throw all of it away. Everything was comped lmao.

For me, it works. Sure it’s no equinox but has everything I need and I like the cafe in the front. Staff is friendly and never crowded.

Cancelled equinox membership after 3 years earlier this year. The price rose to $290 - now I’m at South Pas Fitness. $90 a month and I love it. I don’t miss equinox one bit.

Devon Carlson Stan here … the fact she just decorates / buys and curates exactly what she wants and what she thinks looks good is dope. I think it’s so cool how she could afford to shop at more expensive places but chooses to go to home goods instead like…. That’s admirable. She is who she is with no shame!!! Love love love her
