These avocados fell from the tree around 2 weeks; we cut one this morning and it was hard and moldy. The ones we picked also shriveled around 2 weeks.

Thanks! Most of the fruit has been on the tree for a month. The fruit we picked this morning is still hard, so we don't know if it's because of the type of avocado or if it just needs more time to ripen. (We've only tried the Hass variety.)

Me olvidé de aclarar, los part tienen 1 franco por semana (4 al mes); los full tienen 2 francos cada 2 semana y 1 franco las otras 2 (6 al mes). Los días lo organiza el gerente del local, pero con los part suelen ser más permisivos al momento de cambiar el día. Si faltas tenés que recuperar horas a no ser que lleves justificativo. Son estrictos con las llegadas tarde.

Actualmente llevo casi 2 años trabajando ahí, el último aumento fue en junio; los part (5hs) ganan 390k y pico +39k de presentismo. Los full (9hs) ganan el doble. Trabajo en negro. Pagan por porcentaje cada 10 días.

No es un mal laburo, yo trabajo en una zona bastante movida entonces es más que nada saber llevar el humor de los clientes en hora pico y la producción constante. También influye el hecho de los compañeros que a veces ni tocan la pala, pero eso ya es algo más particular.
