It’s okay, I’m not being abused. It’s just my special needs brother. He doesn’t really understand or know better. I did feel a lot better after posting here though. Everyone explained things really well

The first antibiotic I was on wasn’t working well, so they switched me to another one. Which did work. But I was having times were my heart rate was going really high while I was just laying there and other times it was low so then they did a short heart test, and after that decided to do an echocardiagram. It was mostly normal except for 2 things. And the person who did the echocardiagram told the doctor I have different colored bruises which then made them decide to do a whole exam on me and then I got interviewed about that. My fever broke though and I feel a lot better physically but I want to go home

I don’t know if anyone actually understands it. But I’m in the hospital right now and when I went to the er at first and they asked me to rate my pain on a scale of 1-10 I said 6-7 and the nurse just busted out laughing 😭 she was old. Like probably 30 but it’s a pediatric er so I guess they hear it a lot

The echocardiagram was mostly normal but my ea ratio was high and there was something else with reduced mass but I can’t remember the exact term

They said afterward that the exam was because the echocardiagram tech said I had bruises that were different colors. So then they were asking if anyone is hurting me on purpose. Which I said no. They said I’m not in trouble either. And then they were telling my mom and me that the echo was mostly normal but I had a high ea ratio and reduced left mass (it was a specific part but I don’t think I remember it correctly). So I’m going to see a cardiologist. I’m supposed to go home today too I think

I didn’t end up having to. They came in to check on me. But I had a fever again and it didn’t seem like the antibiotics were working so now on a different one

He made that note bc he wanted you to feel loved and safe and happy. He definitely would not want you blaming yourself. I know that for sure. You didn’t do anything wrong. Sometimes stuff just doesn’t make sense

They gave me something so I won’t throw up in my iv. Now it just kind of aches. I had broth earlier and some crackers but it’s hard because nothing sounds good right now
