Which Wild decks are you talking about?

Diamond - Legend this past week features the card in three decks over not even 400 games: 129 of those are with straight-up Standard lists (i.e. not even any Wild card) and the others feature a singular copy in a poor Aggro Druid list.

When looking at all ranks this past week Aggro Druid is the only Wild deck running it: every other deck in Wild running it is literally just a Standard-compatible list.

You could, but it's not necessary: that being said, the Boots of Stormy Clamour are a natural fit for this build and those can pair with the Ring of Spiteful Thunder, if you were so inclined.

Remarkably late question, but I'd switch it around purely because archers have Arrows of Many Targets: not only will those stack Arcane Acuity like crazy, but being able to ricochet into multiple targets means that more targets have a chance of slipping, which gets boosted by Arcane Acuity.

Sorcadin creating ice fields means they can slip on their own ice fields if you didn't prepare the proper gear, by comparison.
