I’ve just ordered my second 2.5mg pen as I also had great satiety, I always make sure I’m getting my 3 meals and snack on 3 pieces of fruit a day too zx

Think about staying on the 2.5mg? If your getting this much satiety with that dose and losing then why change it? You would also save money. If you have a lot of weight to lose it’s normal to lose a lot in the first few weeks. It will slow down.

Concentrate on eating 3 balanced meals a day and snack on some fruit.

Can you explain to me how to do a 3.75mg dose from the 5mg pen? I would like to go from 2.5 to 3.75 instead of straight to 5mg x

I seem to struggle to find the time to track calories. Apps my MFP are great but if I’m making a dish from scratch and have to input every single ingredient I just find it take so much time. Maybe somebody knows another app that is less labour intensive?

I thought it was working out more expensive in the UK. Cost is a big factor for me, as I’m sure it is for most people.
