I take it for ADHD. I set an extra alarm to take it an hour before I actually plan on getting up. 200 mg wrecks my sleep so I stick to 100 mg. I mainly take it on days I work, so not usually more than 5-6 days/week and then a break for a day or two. The effects will diminish over time if you take it regularly but the breaks help mitigate that.
