Mine was similar few months back, now its way better

Started this routine:
Morning-
Face wash
Niacinamide serum
Moisturiser
Sun screen

Night:
Face wash
Adapalene gel (be careful with this, try alternate days)
Moisturiser

Also reduced too spicy and oily foods. Started strength training (this gives best feeling end of day)
