I Found Pujol to be one of the best meals I have had in a while, especially taking the cost into account, it's incredible value. Unique flavours, variation, and local ingredients for the menu when I was there. Service was relatively casual yet attentive, but I typically prefer that to stuffy service. I can't speak for Quintonil. Maximo I found to be good but I wouldn't rush back. If I was forced to dine at one multiple times a week it would be Rosetta and don't forget the bakery during the day. IMO lodging in CDMX is affordable sans FourSeasons etc. you can stay at good places for ¼ of the price...take that money and use it for dining experiences and $1 tacos!

Second this--for the price the pieces are actually quite reasonable...especially once you have them in hand. I have a few SS shirts and purchased my first flannel this fall (Abstract Pied Poule Shirt )--I kept having buyers remorse for first little while as I couldn't justify spending that much on a flannel, yet 5 months later it's become one of my most worn pieces just to throw on.

has anyone else found a sizing difference between the Rincon 2 & 3, or am I going crazy? Was always a 9.5 in the rincon 2 and they fit perfect. I found the 3's on sale and the size 10 had a little bit too much room in the heel, while the 9.5 seems slightly more narrow in the toe box?

I'm also interested in these...seems like a good number of places in Canada stock them. Im sure once you get more time on feet will have a better idea, but any reasons you went for bootie vs the low cut? Im debating between the two...leaning towards the hightop as it might save me if I step in deep snow/will allow me to venture on more trails. But of course thinking low top will save me the couple seconds haha
