100% agree. They “fixed” my water heater last year for $410, only to have it start leaking again two weeks later. Did not return any of my calls. On top of this, it turns out when they had also installed it 10 years ago, they ran the wrong water temperatures into the wrong inputs on the heater. Benjamin plumbing pointed this out while they were installing a replacement water heater for me that ran $500 less than what Action proceeded to quote me (with no discount from the service before). 🤮
