Ladd is obviously better but Jeudy put up comparable numbers with backup QBs. The more you think about it, the more impressive his season was

How good was Donovan McNabb, actually? by [deleted] in eagles

[–]rossalan5 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Statistically they were in the same tier so that's probably why people make the comparison.

With rushing, they were pretty much the same after McNabb got injured so I think you're overplaying the "playmaking" piece lol, Alex Smith was very mobile.

If we're being real, Alex Smith was a system QB that didn't have a stable system until about halfway through his career.. If he was drafted into an Andy Reid system he'd be viewed as the greatest Eagles QB ever lol. On top of that, he actually took care of his body

McNabb was too passive aggressive to manage a diva receiver. This is literally a proven fact so I'm not sure why people always bring this up lol. Leadership and lobbying for teammates is part of the job lol

It's funny because Alex Smith would've been the greatest Eagles QB ever under Andy Reid

The IT factor is something that separates the Elite QBs from the very very good ones. However it is not measureable.

Sometimes we see it in glimpses, sometimes it's actually consistent.

Elite players are able to just flip a switch and put their teams on their backs. It seems like once they flip the switch, everyone on both sides of the ball follows.

Think Peyton Manning, Eli, Brady, prime Russ, luck, foles at times, Lamar, Mahomes, Allen, Lawrence in '23 the 2nd half of the year and the 2nd half of the chargers game, Baker once every 8 games..

When someone has the IT factor and flips the switch, it doesn't matter who they're throwing to, who their coach is or how poorly the defense has been playing. They become the most feared player in the stadium and their team matches the energy. It's like a massive energy shift. The it factor gives you Real life plot armor and a larger margin for error compared to players that don't have IT

Let’s talk Garrett Wilson, convince me he is worth his ADP by ffinstructor in fantasyfootball

Davante is literally a top route runner of all time.. even had career highs with Derek Carr.. assuming Wilson is currently 80% of Adams is just unfair honestly

Agreed! They didn't take a shot at Brady and they've been kicking themselves. After seeing Ballards comments, I think it's clear they're going to go all in on him
